Postage and packing

Postal or freight charges are on account of consignee. Charges differ on the weight of the order and the postal world zones.

Prices

All prices are in Euro including 7% VAT.

Plant sizes/Prices

The specified plant size of the individual price categories are maximum sizes.
The individual price category describes the size of up to, in centimeters.
For example:
Price category: Pyrenacantha malvifolia at a price of 10.00€ with a maximum diameter of 5 cm; you purchase a plant with a maximum diameter of 5 cm. Following Price category: Pyrenacantha malvifolia at a price of 14.00€ with a diameter of 7cm; you purchase one plant with a minimum diameter of 5,5cm but not bigger than 7,00cm in diameter.

Webshop/Images

All images shown in the webshop are example pictures. You will not purchase the plant shown in the picture.

Mailing season

Orders should be made in the period from late March to September. Due to weather conditions in Germany during winter months a successful establishment will be difficult. If you insist on the delivery, you alone bear the risk, and we will not be responsible and liable.

Time of delivery

Our normal time of delivery is 1 – 2 weeks. Bigger orders and shipments may take up to 4 weeks.

Delivery/Complaints/Liability

Delivery is on account and risk of consignee. Complaints have to be done within 7 days after receiving your order. We are not responsible for any transport damages, delays of transport caused by the post company, local plant health inspection stations, quarantine stations or customs.
All plants will be send without pots and soil.

Documents

If CITES and/or phytosanitary certificate are required, we charge at cost price.

The phytosanitary certificate will be issued according to international standard regulations. If you need any specific additional comments on the certificate, you should give us the text to be added on the forms, with your order

Payment

Payment must be done within 7 days on receipt of the invoice by transfer on our bank account. Make sure that all fees and commissions are paid from your side.
We do not accept credit cards. You have the opportunity to pay via PayPal, but you have to pay all transaction fees.
New clients have to pay in advance.

Disclaimer

You can revoke your contract declaration in text form (Letter, Fax, Email) within 14 days after receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. Please make sure that the goods are returned in a proper condition. The cost of return must be paid by you.
